Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the Management Trainee positions must hold a full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) degree or MCA from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 60% marks. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation, requiring 55% minimum.

After a successful 1-year training period, they will be promoted to Grade E-3 with a pay scale of ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000, along with standard allowances, Performance-Related Pay, and various benefits like CMPF, CMPS, gratuity, and pension.
