Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their Graduation (minimum 3 years full-time) and Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) with a specialization in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade. Alternatively, candidates who are Chartered Accountants (CA) are eligible. Candidates awaiting results for their final year post-graduation or CA exams in 2025 can also apply.

Selection Process
The selection process will comprise the following stages:
- Written Test: Candidates will be required to appear for a subjective written examination focusing on Financial Statement questions.

Salary
During the training period, Management Trainees will receive a stipend of ₹65,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the one-year training, MTs will be absorbed as Deputy Managers (JM-I) with a pay scale of ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 plus allowances as per the 12th Bipartite Settlement.
