Selection Process
The selection process for the RBI Grade B Officer posts is comprehensive and consists of several stages. Initially, candidates must clear Phase I, which is an online objective-type examination covering four key areas: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. Those who qualify in Phase I will move on to Phase II, which includes three papers: Economics and Social Issues, English (Writing Skills), and Finance and Management.
