Selection Process

The selection process for the RBI Grade B Officer posts is comprehensive and consists of several stages. Initially, candidates must clear Phase I, which is an online objective-type examination covering four key areas: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. Those who qualify in Phase I will move on to Phase II, which includes three papers: Economics and Social Issues, English (Writing Skills), and Finance and Management. Finally, candidates who perform well in Phase II will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on the combined scores of Phase II and the interview.
